The group recently dropped their new single “Profit In Disguise” (see video below), an anticipation of their fourthcoming album, currently in the steelworks and due later this year. “The numbers of streams and positive comments from our fans have really gone over our expectations” – say the Swedish rockers about the track – “so we’re both proud and happy that we decided to have this old and forgotten tune released!”.
Also worthy of mention, The Hawkins will also be releasing their own brand of craft beer- a fresh IPA that’s called F*ck You All I’m Drinking Beer. “Micke and Johannes went to Uppsala one month ago to meet with the two guys behind the superb brewery Brasstacks. On a very enjoyable afternoon they brewed the beer, played some live music and had a fantastic time together!”
To promote their own line of artisinal brew, The Hawkins will host a releaseparty on 25th April at the craft beer pub Örebro Ölhall in in Örebro, Sweden.
